All teams must register by the Tuesday prior to each event.  The Wednesday prior to each event, all teams will receive a division breakdown of all participating teams along with a schedule of when score sheets will be released as well as award ceremony times.  When your team is ready to record, you will let our staff know via email.  We will provide you with a code for you to announce at the beginning of your recording.  Once recorded, you will have 30 minutes to upload your videos to our registration system website. You will receive instructions on how to upload your recording in the same email you receive your code.  All recordings must be completed and uploaded by Friday prior to each event.  On the day of the events, all videos will be available  via our registration system for coach/spectator viewing and judging.   Each coach will receive access to view the videos from the event Coach Access Party.  The same panel of judges will then score each division. Deductions and completed score sheets will then be emailed to coaches for their review.  Score Sheet Review will be set up for your use should you have any questions as well.  Result videos will be posted to Instagram (@spirit_extreme) throughout the day.

Spectators will have the option to purchase Watch Party passes for $10 a pass to view the event via our Watch Party as well!
